Are you ready? We are here to help you try something different and make a change. I am a Clinical Psychologist and owner of Evolve Psychological Services, a group practice working with children, adolescents and adults coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, behavioral difficulties, relationship troubles and other difficulties. We also conduct neuropsychological evaluations to assess for learning challenges and assist with differential diagnosis including autism as well as immigration hardship evaluations in many languages. We also offer executive function coaching, virtually and in person, for clients living across the US.
I started our practice in 2001 and earned my doctorate from St. John's University and BA from NYU. I interned at Bellevue Hospital/NYU Child Study Center and ran a program at NY-Presbyterian Hospital. I understand how difficult it is to make the decision to begin therapy and find a good fit with someone with whom you can feel comfortable.
My style is eclectic and pragmatic in that I integrate interpersonal, systemic and cognitive-behavioral approaches. I work with individuals and families in a collaborative way and also partner with other professionals, such as school personnel, psychiatrists, and other disciplines to create a cohesive approach to achieve change.
