Offering Pro Bono services as a master's student at the University of Pittsburgh! I blend person-centered, narrative, and CBT approaches, but don't worry. that's not going to feel like a textbook come to life. My style is casual, not clinical; I'd rather have a real conversation with you than talk at you. I bring humor into session because I believe healing doesn't have to be heavy all the time, and I'm easygoing because I know the "typical therapist" vibe doesn't work for everyone. At the end of the day, I'm here to support you, to help you rewrite the story you've been telling yourself, notice the patterns that aren't serving you.
I have experience with adolescents (11-18) and adults (18+), and have also worked with kids as young as 8. I work pro bono, so if you also hate dealing with health insurance, we might be a great match! I mostly see individuals right now, but I'm working on developing group offerings too.
