Offering Pro Bono services as a master's student at the University of Pittsburgh! Life can be complicated and challenging, and no one should have to navigate those experiences alone. While counseling often involves meaningful and serious conversations, I also believe that laughter and humor can be powerful tools in the healing process. I try to bring a balance of empathy, curiosity, and occasional humor into the counseling room. My ideal client comes in with openness to the process to work together to help you reach your goals.
I have experience working with college students, young adults, and children. As a trainee, I am also excited to continue expanding my experience and welcome the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and concerns. I am most aligned with Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral therapies!
