As a LCSW (licensed clinical social worker), I use relationship-based therapy, experiential therapy including trauma-focused equine assisted psychotherapy, somatic work, inner child work, mindfulness and meditation to help you unearth who you really are!
My therapeutic modalities are heavily based in nature, animals, and a deep sense of playfulness. I meet clients in-person at a beautiful farm in Fairview, North Carolina and offer limited virtual sessions.
