Searching for a therapist that is a good fit can feel overwhelming, and understandably so. If you are a teenager or a young adult who is struggling with anything related to life transitions, symptoms of anxiety & depression, PTSD/c-PTSD, low self-worth, and body image/ disordered eating issues, I may be the therapist for you. It is always an honor to work with clients who are ready to address these concerns, create attainable goals, and participate in the life-changing work of therapy.
When I look at my client's lives, I like to consider all aspects of the person, not just the presenting problem. Some of my goals in doing this are to provide a therapeutic perspective that helps you identify patterns and behaviors, process past traumas, and grow in self-confidence, all within a safe and judgment-free environment.
Therapy can teach you so much about yourself, however, getting started is often the hardest step. I aim to make this process manageable for my clients.
