I am driven by directness and efficiency, and draw upon my humor, warmth, and ability to motivate. My approach is unencumbered by therapeutic conventions of insurance approval, clinical setting, and therapy tropes. I offer a novel approach to therapy for OCD, phobias, sleep concerns, motivation challenges, ADHD, anxiety, autism functioning concerns, and weight management. We will meet remotely, as I live in Savannah, GA, but I assure you that you will feel as if we are in the same room. I do not accept insurance, and only you will determine the visit frequency.
My therapeutic approach is goal-oriented, behavior-based, and wholly individualized. All progress will be in pursuit of your goals. I am equally committed to this investment of your time as we work toward your success. I do not treat children, nor do I work with EAP programs.
