About
On the road of life, we may find that our dreams and aspirations for living have been derailed, slowed, or halted by the effects of challenging circumstances such as traumatic events, troubled relationships, illness, loss, identity confusion, unwanted thoughts, mood states beyond our control, etc. These challenges are the bumps on our road, but their effects-isolation, sadness, fear, self-doubt, shame (to name a few)-can often feel like roadblocks. In times like these, we need a supportive ally to help co-create a new map for living that opens space for new possibilities and brings forth our values, strengths, wisdom and knowledge.
