I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and counseling and coaching have been passions of mine for quite some time. My ideal client is anyone who is looking for direction and guidance. Do you have questions about your career, relationship, parenting skills, OR anything having to do with the direction of your life? We will design an individualized plan that suits you. My specialties range in all age groups, but mostly in adults 16 years of age and older and couples.
In my sessions, I try to be empathetic, thoughtful, kind, and also honest. I use several different techniques and will make a specialized plan specific to you, whether it be individual counseling or couples' counseling. We take an individualized approach to goal setting for all clients, no matter what they are coming to therapy for.
After over 20 years in practice, I have developed empathetic and compassionate techniques. It is my goal to always be honest and non-judgmental with my clients. My expertise is with adults and couples. Currently, I am beginning the process of becoming a certified Gottman Couples Counselor.
