Many of the people I work with are healing from the lasting effects of childhood or relational trauma. They’ve built lives, relationships, and careers, yet still find themselves anxious, shut down, or disconnected without fully understanding why. Many describe feeling triggered by things that “shouldn’t” feel so big, or noticing parts of themselves that disconnect when things feel overwhelming. My work focuses on helping clients make sense of these reactions with compassion—understanding how past experiences continue to shape the present, and beginning the process of real healing.
Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what your nervous system is doing to keep you safe, and begin to shift from survival into healing. As a Certified EMDR and Trauma Therapist, my approach integrates EMDR, somatic therapy, and parts-based work to help you process unresolved experiences, reconnect with your body, and build a sense of safety.
Over time, clients often notice fewer triggers, less anxiety or shutdown, and a greater sense of calm and connection—to themselves and to others.

This small group offers a supportive space to begin healing after sexual trauma. Each week, we’ll explore simple, body-based tools to reduce anxiety, manage triggers, and rebuild trust in yourself and others. You never have to share details of your trauma — participation is always at your own pace. Over time, many participants notice they feel calmer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.
