I enjoy partnering with adults, adolescents, couples, families, and groups as they move toward greater clarity, connection, and healing. I strive to create an emotionally safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow at their own pace. I work with individuals navigating relationship challenges, anxiety and depression, neurodivergent experiences including ADHD and autism, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and substance use and recovery. I also work with couples and families, including those navigating blended family dynamics and evolving roles across the lifespan.
I have completed training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and integrate EFT principles, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) interventions into my work with individuals. I help clients identify and shift relational patterns while fostering deeper emotional connection and security.
I approach my work with clients through a compassionate, attachment-focused and systems-oriented lens. My goal is to be empathetic, deeply validating, and thoughtful, balancing warmth with an analytical approach to help my clients make meaningful sense of their experiences and patterns.
