I understand how challenging it can be to seek help, but you don't have to navigate these concerns alone. It is my goal to create a safe space where we can find solutions to relational and sexual difficulties that are impacting you. My therapeutic approach is gentle, authentic, and individually tailored to the needs of each client and relationship. By fostering trust and open communication, I assist clients in rebuilding a connection with themselves and others to promote a holistic sense of wellbeing.

Along with treating depression and anxiety, I specialize in the following areas: sexual concerns, trauma, infidelity, and relational conflict. As an AASECT certified Sex Therapist, I am passionate about helping to cultivate intimacy and pleasure, while enhancing emotional understanding and communication skills.
