As a counselor, I am responsible for providing a confidential and nonjudgmental environment. Sometimes, life can be overwhelming, and it feels like no one understands your strife. Yet counseling is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Therefore, I use a combination of therapeutic strategies, such as CBT, role-play, talk therapy, reality-based therapy, and numerous other techniques.
I work with individuals and couples to treat various struggles, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, ADHD, grief, behavior issues, addiction, anger, work-life balance, communication concerns, pre-marital therapy, couples counseling, trauma, and everyday life struggles. Additionally, hypnotherapy can be used for clients with anxiety.
