As a person with chronic illness, I understand firsthand how invisible disabilities can impact employment, personal relationships, and the ability to feel safe and trust your own body. My practice strives to create a non-judgmental environment that is genuine and compassionate. Seeing the world through rose colored glasses doesn’t resonate with everyone. I believe that your experiences and perspective are valid and deserves to be considered by all members of your care team.
I can assist you with identifying treatment goals that are solution-focused, support your quality of life, and focus on your individual values. Through a variety of treatment modalities, I am able to provide a unique experience that can support your goals both in and out of therapy.
