I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Arkansas. I offer individual therapy and enjoy working with individuals, teens, and young adults. I believe in working with clients using a holistic therapy approach to problems and will utilize a blend of evidence based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal theory. Additionally, I am nationally trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR trained.
The stressors and pain we endure can often have us feeling that no one understands and nothing will change. The heaviness of your past and present circumstances and experiences may have created a person with thoughts and feelings you no longer recognize.
My passion is to help you see that your life is something of value and purpose. I want to be empathetic to your experience, validate your emotions, and connect with where you are, while also being tentatively direct and promoting positive change.
