I believe in teaching and empowering clients to be able to confront their patterns of behavior and tolerate distressing events in their lives to move closer to their goals.
I specialize in Evidence Based Treatments for anxiety disorders including ERP for OCD, CBT for insomnia and Tic Disorders. This includes ARFID and skin picking or hair pulling disorders.
I am Intensively trained in DBT through Behavioral Tech, Inc as well as Radically Open DBT for over-control disorders. I use phone coaching as a part of my treatment.
I am also trained and enjoy working with Peri-natal and Post-natal anxiety disorders & related issues.
