You may feel stuck repeating the same old patterns that ultimately sabotage you from experiencing joy in your life. You are not alone and there IS HOPE.
Together we will explore how your past experiences have influenced and shaped your adult life. We will also identify false beliefs that you formed from those difficult circumstances that keep you in bondage. Lies will be replaced with His truth because in Truth we become free. As a result, you will find love and compassion for yourself, others and God.
As a child, you had little control over your circumstances, but NOW you have the opportunity to break free from the strongholds in your life and experience true joy and fulfillment in your life. It would be my privilege to join you on your journey towards healing & restoration. NOTE: My approach to counseling is through a Christ-centered, Biblical lens.
