“May your choices reflect your hopes, not your fears.” Nelson Mandela's words capture the sentiment of how I will seek to work with you in therapy. As a psychologist, my goal is to help you reconnect with hope after painful life experiences, to better understand the “whys” behind your thoughts, feelings, and behavior, and to help you feel in control of making meaningful changes in your life.

My approach to therapy is direct, collaborative, challenging, and compassionate. As an integrative therapist, I combine a range therapy approaches (including relational, somatic - or body based- and psychodynamic methods) with an eye on up-to-date research, tailoring my interventions to your individual needs.
Because human beings are so complex and unique, what really makes “good” therapy is the fit between the therapist and the client. To determine whether we are a good fit, I encourage you to reach out so that we can schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation via phone or video.
