“Start close in…” What in you is hungry for answers? What might your life look like if you were deeply well fed by your choices? People come to me with hunger pangs. They're hungry for deep connection - to themselves, to a partner, to a job, to their life. They come to me craving answers - carrying persistent questions that may be contributing greatly to feelings of starvation, of wanting more. I partner with people who are searching for clarity, purpose, and more meaningful connections both personally and professionally. My clients seek to be better nourished by their life choices and feel more balanced in their relationships.
With nonjudgmental perspective exploration I address depression/anxiety, relationship issues, grief/loss, and complex PTSD. I employ embodied listening and side-door approaches led by the unique interests and desires of my clients. Together we get curious about areas such as identity formation, protective behaviors, intimacy patterns, and sexuality.
Emotional hunger pangs can be confusing. They can present as an undercurrent of insatiability, a tense culmination, or even an explosive crossroads. My somatic, psychodynamic approach incorporates personal imagery, creativity, and the body. Together we will "love the questions themselves," clarify what in you craves nourishment, and foster a well-fed life.
