Over the last 12 years, I have provided support in the field of counseling, working to nurture and empower clients' potential for positive progress, both individually and within relationships. I am deeply motivated to use skill-building approaches and passionate about employing a systemic focus, understanding people not only as individuals but also within the context of their relationships, communities, and other systems. My goal is to help others achieve positive growth and adjustment mentally, emotionally, behaviorally, and physically.
I earned my Master of Counseling degree from Slippery Rock University (SRU) through a CACREP-accredited program, and I completed the requirements to become a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I am also certified in both multisystemic and family-based therapies.
In my work with individuals, couples, parents, and families, I encourage considering issues through broader, multiple lenses to envision holistic healing and change.
