I specialize in working with teens and women who are struggling with anxiety and trauma as they heal, grow, and find empowerment. Do you find yourself people-pleasing, walking on eggshells, and questioning your self-worth? Are you struggling to trust your own thoughts and feelings? You don’t have to face these challenges alone. You deserve to love yourself. You deserve to heal and move forward.
My focus is offering a collaborative, compassionate approach to counseling in order to pave the way for personal growth and healing. I hope to meet you wherever you are on your journey, and through our work together, help you find alignment and fulfillment. If you're ready to take the next step, I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
My specialties include: abusive relationships, body image, trauma, self-esteem, anxiety, attachment issues, and women's issues.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, while also incorporating somatic and mindfulness techniques to provide an integrative and holistic approach to therapy.
