About
Pain is an inevitable part of the human condition. You don't have to go through this pain alone, though. Whatever pain it may be, I enjoy helping people work through and transform their pain into something more manageable. I enjoy working with individuals grieving a variety of losses: loss of a loved one, loss of a relationship, loss of a pet, loss of an aspiration, etc. No loss is insignificant. Although I cannot take away your pain I can promise to do my best to support you through this difficult time in your life.
I can offer a nonjudgmental listening ear, provide validation, and aid you in helping to gain more insight into your life that might be clouded by painful emotions. My own personal losses in life have also given me a particular understanding of grief and bereavement. I hope to convey this mutual understanding of pain in a way that makes you feel less alone.
It might not feel this way right now, but I believe you hold the solutions to any problems you may be facing. I would be honored to walk beside you providing support and validation while you walk the winding path on this journey we call life. I look forward to speaking with you.
