As a a Board-certified Music Therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe in the power of integrative therapy, which blends traditional talk therapy with transformative experiential methods to create a supportive space for you. Utilizing the "Circles of the Self" assessment for self-discovery and the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) to explore inner landscapes through music, I address a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, addiction, loss, and relationship issues.

Blending these methods with CBT, DBT, Existential, and Humanistic approaches , I aim to provide a holistic path to healing and balance in your life.
