Clients may come to therapy to address feeling like an imposter, reoccurring patterns and cycles, self-worth, difficulty communicating needs, setting boundaries, chronic emptiness, loneliness and to improve interpersonal relationships, parenting, or overall well-being.
My approach to therapy is collaborate, integrative, and relational with strategies and insights from interpersonal, somatic, attachment and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) practices. Together we will work to understand how unprocessed, distressing experiences influence patterns, the body, and relationships with self and others.
