Aspirations unlimited was founded and created to help people reach dreams and destinations that they think or feel are unreachable.
My goal is to help you figure out what the next steps are in your life and how to recover or gain from your current situation. You may be in the midst of trying to figure out a career change; having relational conflict; feeling depressed or anxious; or possibly wanting
to heal from recent or past traumatic experiences. My hope is to help you through the process of whatever you may be experiencing, by utilizing eclectic and innovative approaches to therapy. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and I am also certified as an integrated wellness coach.

This is a 12 week facilitated group that will educate and inform you on how to create or enhance your balance and wholeness in all four-body systems (Mental, Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual). This group is for women who have found themselves at roadblocks or that would like to work through breaking unhealthy life patterns and habits. Join a group of women committed to holding one another accountable while building meaningful connections and relationships.
