In my practice, I try to challenge clients while maintaining a warm and supportive atmosphere. My style blends humor, openness, and creativity with directness. While my main approach is psychodynamic, my training spans the following modalities: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), & Yoga (RYT-200).
