My passion for counseling began early in my life, and I always had a curiosity to better understand the intricacies of human behavior and emotions. While I began my journey as an elementary school teacher, I soon realized I wanted to assist in helping people heal and find happiness. I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals and live their best lives, and believe that counseling can be a powerful tool for personal growth and transformation.
I am open to working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples with a wide array of concerns such as communication, ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. Our work together will focus on helping you to fully understand yourself, your motivations, and what has obstructed the path to living the life you want.
My approach to counseling is empathetic, non-judgmental, and client-centered. I believe that every individual and couple has unique strengths and abilities, and I work collaboratively with my clients to identify and leverage these strengths to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.
