I am here to help child and Teens address the changing and challenging world and family relationships of today. Working together, I am hopeful that we can help both you and/or your child relieve symptoms of trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and behavioral challenges.
I work mainly from a CBT and psychodynamic perspective. This means that I give concrete skills to help you heal from depression and anxiety. However I see this as only the first steps as after you have the skills needed we look at and resolve the underlying family and personal history that has contributed to your symptomes in the first place.
