I work with individuals to help address issues with anxiety and depression. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care to help individuals work together their personal goals in a value-driven way.
I primarily approach therapy through a Cognitive and Behavioral approach by implementing strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. While CBT focuses on changing negative thought patterns, ACT emphasizes accepting difficult feelings and committing to value-driven actions.
My primary focus is working with adults and teens to address issues with anxiety and depression. I have also started working with individuals who suspect or have been recently diagnosed with ADHD to help them learn how to feel more empowered by utilizing helpful strategies and tools.
