I am currently a Clinic Director at Ellie Mental Health in Chelmsford and my practice is accepting new clients! My approaches as a therapist are similar to how I run this practice; I am passionate about helping people throughout the different phases of life.
I predominately work with adults starting at age 18 and I specialize in working with folks who are battling with addiction, depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, suicidal thoughts, trauma and anger management. I believe the client is the expert in their own life and I am simply a guide to assist in reaching your goals.
I incorporate various therapeutic approaches, including ACT, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My primary goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and accepting environment where individuals can work toward meaningful, positive change in their lives.
