Maybe your struggling with specific stressors or just need someone to listen, I am here for you. While therapy is about honesty and direct communication, I feel laughter is healing at times too. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional it's a privilege to help people overcome things that seemed too painful to discuss and now I watch them thrive!
Rather than adopting one methodology for all individuals and issues, I draw from a number of therapeutic modalities. These include, but are not limited, to psychoeducation, CBT, motivational interviewing, family systems theory, and mindfulness to create a tailored approach for each individual and situation.
As a therapist, I am warm, open, encouraging, and direct. I use my clinical skills to empower and improve the mental/emotional well being of my clients so that they can live happier, healthier and more productive lives.
