I recognize it can be hard to reach out for help as well as make the time and space for yourself during the everyday craziness of life. We often put everyone else ahead of our own needs and put ourselves last and our needs on hold. Time just seems to fly by and nothing changes. By the time we are looking for a therapist or reaching out for help, we are overwhelmed and need support now. You may feel exhausted and may not even know where to start to make things better.

Or maybe your child is struggling and you know your child or teenager needs to find a healthy outlet for their emotions and needs and could benefit from someone they can open up to and learn healthy coping skills from. I enjoy working with adolescents, teenagers, young adults as well as adults and seniors.

I strive to create a supportive safe space for each individual. I want to support you to feel better, create hope for your future and work towards your goals. It’s a collaborative process; no one size fits all and it’s important that we are working together towards your goals and what you want to improve. Therapy should always be client driven.
