If you are looking for support, clarity and opportunity to overcome life's challenges, I can help. I believe that change is hard but not impossible.My goal is to impact the overall wellness of your mind, body and spirit to help you live your most authentic life. I treat adolescents and adults in individual, couple or family sessions. I have completed 200hr Yoga Teacher Training to incorporate aspects of mindfulness, meditation and physical wellbeing. I treat relationship issues, depression, anxiety, grief and support life transitions for individuals experiencing change. I teach nervous system regulation skills for the recovery needs of anxiety, addiction or trauma. I utilize strategies of mindfulness and teach coping skills to move individuals closer to their goals through action.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, trained in multiple evidence based practices. I focus on all aspects of wellness to address your needs in a wholistic way. I work from a trauma-informed perspective in therapy and private yoga. My goal is to work with individuals and families to allow them to live their best lives.
