I specialize in all areas of grief and loss, trauma, depression, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, phase of life issues, and adjustment to life altering events including chronic and terminal illness, divorce, separation, and workplace stressors. My counseling approach involves CBT, EMDR, CPT, somatic, narrative, person-centered & solution-focused therapy.
The partnership between a client & therapist is a safe therapeutic alliance and my role is to help my clients set & reach their goals by finding meaning, understanding, insight, breaking down barriers & self-limiting thought patterns.
