I specialize in all areas of grief and loss, depression, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, phase of life issues, and adjustment to life altering events; including chronic and terminal illness, divorce, separation, and workplace stressors. My counseling approach involves cognitive-behavioral, narrative, person-centered and solution-focused therapy.
The partnership between a client & therapist is a safe therapeutic alliance and my role is to help my clients set & reach their goals by finding meaning, understanding, insight, breaking down barriers & self-limiting thought patterns.
