As owner and counselor with the co-op group private practice - SERENITY COACHING & COUNSELING, LLC, I'm focused on mental health or substance use COACHING and COUNSELING support for adults and teens. PROVIDERS at Serenity have extensive experience and are independently LICENSED to practice or in process be under full apprenticeship. Our goal is to offer education and guidance to INDIVIDUALS, COUPLES, and FAMILIES dealing with a variety of issues that affect their MENTAL HEALTH, BALANCE, and WELL-BEING. -I'm currently only accepting in-house clients with support/referrals for others to providers at Serenity with similar specialties.-
My clinical focus/expertise focuses on adults, individuals, couples, anxiety, depression, dual dx, adjustment issues, life stressors, family of origin issues, behavioral couples counseling and cognitive behavioral therapy. I honor each clients unique strengths and challenges, while working to enhance life skills, coping strategies and improve relationships.
I have over 20 years of experience as a counselor, supervisor, and director in various outpatient mental health and substance abuse clinics, inpatient facilities, emergency services, crisis stabilization programs, and as a research project director. I have been practicing privately for over ten years and established Serenity Coaching & Counseling in 2016.
