I specialize in working with anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, substance abuse issues, grief/loss, trauma and post traumatic stress disorder. Treatment is individualized and may include individual or group treatments to help reduce symptoms and to improve quality of life.
I have been working with clients in therapy for over 12 years. My roots have been in community mental health where I have learned to treat a wide array of illnesses from mild depression to chronic schizophrenia. I have learned a lot about human suffering but also about hope and healing & the strength that individuals possess who seek change in their life.
