I'm a certified EMDR therapist with nearly 20 years of experience. EMDR reaches places talk therapy often can't. My work is also informed by IFS concepts, helping clients understand the parts of themselves that feel stuck or conflicted. Gottman trained (Levels 1 & 2). Perinatal Mental Health Certified.
