Using evidence-based therapies like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), I work with individuals of all ages to manage their symptoms and create more space for what matters most.
OCD is often misunderstood and misdiagnosed, causing a delay in appropriate treatment. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental. I recognize that OCD can be deeply personal and, at times, difficult to talk about.
