Hello. I am a seasoned therapist with 30 years of experience working with a variety of individuals facing trying times. We all come upon hard times throughout our journey. I believe that having someone in your corner helping with regaining self care, self worth, balance among change and the courage to forge ahead is paramount when dealing with challenges in this thing called "life".
