Hi there and welcome! I am so glad you’re here. Do you wonder if therapy is right for you? Do you wonder what it’s all about and think you don’t have problems “bad enough” to be in therapy? I am here to help even if you are not sure yet about the “therapy thing.” I am a strong believer that everyone can grow and learn about themselves through therapy. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or the daily stresses of life, I am here to support you in finding the answers you need to reach your goals.
I utilize many modalities and work with you to find the best fit for each individual. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Task-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Informed CBT, and more. I provide virtual Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to some clients.
Outside of being a provider, I enjoy beach days, true crime documentaries and spending time with my husband, two daughters and our dogs. I love to learn from each of my clients and look forward to getting to know you!
