I believe that therapy is not a "one-size-fits-all," so I work from a person-centered approach and incorporate treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
It is also important to me to incorporate a narrative approach which encourages my clients to see that we are not defined by our struggles but rather people working through them.
