Many believe that my main responsibility as a clinical psychologist is to find what is “wrong” with people. While diagnosing is an important part of treatment it is far from the most important part. We will explore who you are, where you’ve been, and where you’d like to go. I treat every person like the unique individual they are. My strength-based approach focuses on what’s RIGHT with you and how we are going to leverage that to create the life you so desire. So, let’s get started.
Over the years I have adopted an eclectic approach. There is no such thing as a “one-size-fits-all” in therapy. I treat you like the individual you are, and we will explore what works best for you. I have been trained in several modalities, but nothing beats a holistic approach.
