I love helping adults who want to heal from past trauma, adolescents trying to find confidence and identity, and children ages 6 and up struggling with regulation and social skills. Adults find relief through the use of specific techniques like trauma focused CBT and EMDR. Adolescents learn practical ways to set new boundaries and make use of coping mechanisms to help them deal with a world that feels out of control. Children learn to manage their emotions and express themselves through the use of play therapy in the fully equipped, comfortable, and safe space that has been created for them.

I integrate best practice therapies into a holistic approach that goes beyond the limits of traditional talk therapy and taps into your brain and body’s innate ability to heal. I am extensively trained and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Play Therapy.
