I work with individuals who are ready to make positive changes in their lives. I utilize a holistic approach in my sessions to ensure that my clients have the tools necessary to maintain balance in all areas of their lives. My main priority is to create a safe, accepting environment where my client’s feel comfortable to open up, breakthrough emotional barriers, and get past inner dialogue that is not longer working for them. I utilize hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming, brainspotting, Parts and Memory Therapy, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy in my practice.
I specialize in deep subconscious work and healing the inner child. I help my clients recognize and neutralize limiting core beliefs that cause unwanted reactions such as issues with self-esteem, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, depression, problems with communication and difficulty in relationships.
