If you are struggling with anxiety, trauma, or family relationships, I would love to help you. EMDR is one of many tools that I use to help people heal from past experiences and deal with overwhelming emotions. I am a licensed clinician who provides individual and family therapy as well as supervision to therapists. I have experience with all ages, from young children to older adults. When working with adults, I especially enjoy working on resolving past trauma that seems to be impacting the way people feel about themselves or how they function in all relationships, but especially in parenting.
Much of my training is in the treatment of trauma, anxiety disorders, and family therapy. I have a post-graduate certificate in the treatment of child sexual abuse from Widener University and Family Support Line. I am trained in EMDR, Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy, as well as various other types of therapy. I use play therapy with young children.
