I work with both couples and individuals who have been impacted by trauma. My passion lies in supporting clients and their loved ones who have been affected by addiction, depression, anxiety, depression and who struggle with intimate relationships. I enjoy weaving the cognitive and emotional modalities of western therapeutic practice with the somatic, energetic and spiritual healing wisdom of my extensive training in eastern traditions. My therapeutic approach is holistic and non-pathologizing. With over a decade of experience teaching yoga and Ayurveda, I bring an awareness of the mind/body connection into each session.
I integrate somatic practices with parts work (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy to guide clients to access core emotions and uncover unmet attachment needs. I am certified in Brainspotting and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, both of which are powerful tools for healing CPTSD, releasing stuck energy patterns and addressing treatment resistant depression.
My approach to therapy is integrated and person-centered. Together we curate a safe and sacred space to weave these practices into an experience that supports mind-body integration and nurtures a deeper connection to Self. It is through this connection that authentic healing and transformation emerge.
