I work with adults navigating trauma, betrayal trauma, abuse, PTSD, addiction, relationship challenges, and difficult life transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they understand intellectually but cannot seem to change. I offer a trauma-informed, whole-person approach that helps clients understand what is happening beneath the surface, process unresolved experiences, and develop healthier ways of moving forward.

My specialty is trauma-focused therapy, including betrayal trauma, abuse, PTSD, addiction, and trauma-related relationship patterns. I integrate EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and other evidence-informed approaches to help clients process unresolved experiences, regulate their responses, and build lasting resilience.
