When a relationship leaves you feeling more numb and confused than loved and secure, it can be hard to trust yourself or know what to do. I help clients make sense of their emotions and reconnect with themselves.
I work with people navigating complex personal or family relationships. Clients appreciate my grounded, straightforward approach—I keep it real in a way that balances honesty and compassion to inspire self-exploration and growth. I aim to create a safe, pressure-free space where you feel truly seen and understood, whether you have been negatively impacted by relationships or worry about your relational impact on others.
I specialize in challenging relationships—whether you're still in or healing after one. This includes infidelity, emotional abuse, addiction, high-conflict, repeated toxic patterns and divorce. I use an integrative therapeutic approach (ACT, DBT, IFS) to help clients understand emotional responses, develop the tools to manage them, and restore self trust.
Together, we'll explore the patterns developed, learn how to relate to difficult emotions, and develop healthy boundaries that support your overall wellbeing. Therapy with me is not about "fixing" you- It’s about understanding your experiences, honoring your resilience, and moving forward in a way that feels authentic and aligned with your goals.
