I focus on helping individuals navigate the complexities of life. Whether I am sitting with a child or teen working through adolescence, young adults facing the weight of change, or reflecting on and exploring trauma, I strive to foster growth and empower my clients in their everyday. I utilize approaches like EMDR, sand play, and CBT in the therapy room!

As a second-generation Latina, I’ve had the privilege of seeing the world through multiple cultural lenses. In therapy, my goal is to create a space where we can explore how culture, values, and our world show up in your life and guide you into being your most genuine, authentic self!
