Currently Accepting New Patients: Clients often come to my practice when anxiety, depression, or stress starts getting in the way of daily life—like constant worry, low mood, irritability, sleep problems, or relationship struggles. Others reach out during big life changes such as aging, family stress, loss, or when they feel stuck in long-term patterns they want to change. I help clients make sense of what they’re feeling, reduce anxiety and depression symptoms, and build healthier ways of coping with stress, relationships, and life changes. Together, we focus on small, realistic steps toward feeling more balanced and in control.
I offer Supportive Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. I provide Trauma-informed Therapy using approaches that are backed by research and tailored to each person’s needs.
