I believe this is true for every individual, young and old. My experience as a trauma therapist has shown me the resilience of human beings and how meaningful their stories are. Through mutual trust, understanding, and the processing of your emotional experiences, we will begin to see change and embark on a pathway to healing that is comfortable and effective for you.
I enjoy working with couples, children and their families with a focus on attachment injuries, family systems and trauma. I have experience working alongside children and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment disorders, loss, grief, the addiction of a loved one, and both adults and children (ages 3-10) who have experienced trauma.
At times, therapy can be challenging and intimidating. I look forward to walking the journey with you, ensuring you are never alone throughout the process
