I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of experience in the mental health field and 4 years of providing therapy. I enjoy helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds overcome the challenges they face and accomplish their short-term and long-term goals. I completed my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Duquesne University. I use a variety of treatment approaches including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and reality therapy.
